فكرة البحث تتناول توقيع المجمعات الصناعية الخدمية وهو أسلوب حديث يؤمن تقليل التكاليف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأي مجمع بما يعزود بالفائدة على مستهلك الخدمة .فدراسة معايير توقيع هذه المجمعات ومدى مطابقتها لظروف بغداد كمدينة حضرية واسعة، أمر ضروري يوضح لنا أن التوقيع غير المناسب للصناعات الخدمية يؤدي إلى خسارة كبيرة ولا سيما إذا كان هذا التوقيع لا يستند إلى دراسة وافية لمتطلبات الموقع. وإن وجود توزيع عشوائي غير منظم للمناطق الصناعية الخدمية ناتج عن عدم الالتزام بضوابط استعمالات الأرض الخاصة بالمخطط الأساسي. أستند البحث إلى المنهج التحليلي القائم على توضيح أهمية المجمعات الصناعية الخدمية من تنظيم استعمالات الأرض داخل المدينة، وتضمن البحث نظريا الوظيفة الصناعية في المدينة وأسس اختيار موقع المجمع الصناعي، ومعايير توزيع وتنظيم مجمعات الصناعات الخدمية. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات هو وجود عجز في الطلب عن تلبية المناطق الصناعية الخدمية الحالية والمنطقة المركزية وباقي مناطق المدينة الأمر الذي أدى إلى محدودية المنطقة والحاجة إلى التوسع، فضلاً عن مجموعة من التوصيات العامة من أهمها ضرورة تخصيص مناطق جديدة للصناعات الخدمية وتصليح السيارات على شكل مجمعات صناعية خدمية كما في مجمع البياع الخدمي لتلبية جزء من حاجة المدينة إلى هذا النوع من الصناعة.
Abstract:
Idea of research dealing with the signing of industrial parks service is a modern style believes in reducing the economic and social costs of any complex including Aazzod the benefit of the consumer service. Studies of the signing of these complexes standards and the extent of compliance with the conditions of Baghdad as a large urban city , is essential shows us that the signature is not appropriate for the service industries lead to a big loss , especially if this signature is not based on a thorough study of the requirements of the site . And that there is a random distribution unstructured service of industrial zones resulting from non - compliance controls land uses for the basic outline . The research was based on the analytical method based on clarifying the importance of SOA industrial complexes regulate land uses within the city, and ensures Find theoretically industrial job in the city and the foundations of the industrial park site selection , and criteria for the distribution and organization of complexes service industries . The research found a set of conclusions is a shortfall in demand to meet the industrial zones service current and the central region and the rest of the city , which led to the limited area and the need for expansion , as well as a set of general recommendations, the most important of the need to allocate new areas of industry and service auto repair in the form of industrial parks service as in Baya complex service to meet part of the need for the city to this kind of industry.
