تناول البحث دراسة الخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج من منظور جغرافية الخدمات، وترجع أهمية جغرافية الخدمات الصحية إلى ارتباطها الشديد بالإنسان، ومن خلالها أمكن التعرف على معدلات الخدمة للمنشآت الصحية وكفاءة أداء الخدمات الصحية وفريق العمل بها، وقد جاء البحث في ستة فصول تسبقها مقدمة و تليها خاتمة.
تناولت المقدمة عدة نقاط هي: تحديد منطقة الدراسة وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهداف الدراسة ومصادر البيانات، ومحتوي الدراسة.
درس الفصل الأول العوامل الجغرافية المؤثرة في توزيع الخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج وتناول دراسة السكان من حيث النمو السكاني وتوزيع السكان وكثافتهم والتركيب السكاني، بالإضافة إلى دراسة شبكة النقل والمواصلات والسياسة الحكومية من حيث الإشراف على الخدمة الصحية والمعدلات التخطيطية للخدمات الصحية.
ناقش الفصل الثاني تطور المنشآت الصحية الحكومية وتوزيعها الجغرافي في محافظة سوهاج من حيث حجم التطور العددي والنوعي خلال الفترة ( 1989 - 2019)م، والتوزيع الجغرافي للمنشآت الصحية على مستوى الحضر والريف، كما ناقش خدمات أخرى مثل نقاط الإسعاف ووحدات تنظيم الأسرة.
تناول الفصل الثالث نشاط الخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج كنشاط العيادات الخارجية من حيث تطور عدد المترددين ومعدلات أداء العيادات الخارجية للمستشفيات العامة والمركزية والمستشفيات التخصيصية والمترددين على وحدات الرعاية الأساسية ومعدلات أدائها، ونشاط التطعيمات والتحصينات وتنظيم الأسرة، ومعدلات أداء العيادات الشاملة لمتأمين الصحي، وتطرق لنشاط الأقسام الداخلية للخدمات الصحية، كما تناول النفوذ الخدمي لبعض المستشفيات الحكومية.
ناقش الفصل الرابع كفاءة البنية الأساسية للخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج وتضمن الكفاءة العامة مثل كثافة الخدمة للمنشآت الصحية وتطور أعداد الأسرة، وتناول الكفاءة النوعية لكافة الخدمات الصحية وتناول تقييم السكان لكفاءة الخدمات الصحية ومدى الرضا عنها.
عالج الفصل الخامس الكفاءة النوعية البشرية للخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج من حيث القوي البشرية وتوزيعها بين الحضر والريف، والقوي البشرية التابعة لهيئة التأمين الصحي، كما عرض تقييم السكان لأداء فريق العمل الصحي.
ناقش الفصل السادس التحليل المكاني للخدمات الصحية الحكومية وتقييم كفاءتها في محافظة سوهاج واختص هذا الفصل بالتحليل المكاني لواقع الخدمات الصحية باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS وتقييم كفاءة توزيع الخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج طبقاً للمعايير التخطيطية المحمية.
وانتهت هذه الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها إمكانية استخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS في تقييم كفاءة التوزيع المكاني للخدمات الصحية باعتماد المعايير المحلية وكذلك في تحديد الموقع الأمثل للخدمات الصحية المقترحة.
جاء البحث في ستة فصول تسبقها مقدمة وتليها خاتمة، تناول الفصل الأول دراسة العوامل الجغرافية المؤثرة في توزيع الخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج، وتناول الفصل الثاني تطور المنشآت الصحية الحكومية وتوزيعها الجغرافي في محافظة سوهاج، واهتم الفصل الثالث بدراسة نشاط الخدمات الصحية الحكومية، كما اهتم الفصل الرابع بدراسة كفاءة البنية الأساسية للخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج، وتناول الفصل الخامس الكفاءة البشرية لمخدمات الصحية الحكومية في محافظة سوهاج، وتناول الفصل السادس التحليل المكاني للخدمات الصحية الحكومية وتقييم كفاءتها في محافظة سوهاج، ثم الخاتمة التي تضمت أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

The research dealt with the study of governmental health services in Sohag Governorate from the perspective of the geography of services, and the importance of the geography of health services is due to its strong connection with the human being, and through it was possible to identify the service rates of health facilities and the efficiency of the performance of health services and the work team in them. The research came in six chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by an epilogue.
The introduction dealt with several points: defining the study area, the reasons for choosing the topic, the study's objectives, data sources, and the content of the study.
The First chapter studied the Geographical factors affecting the distribution of government health services in Sohag Governorate and dealt with the study of the population in terms of population growth, population distribution and density, and population structure, in addition to studying the transportation network and government policy in terms of health service supervision and planning rates for health services.
The second chapter discussed the Development of government health facilities and their geographical distribution in Sohag governorate in terms of the size of the numerical and qualitative development during the period (1989 - 2019 ), and the geographical distribution of health facilities at the urban and rural levels. It also discussed other services such as ambulance points and family planning units.
The Third chapter dealt with the Activity of government health services in Sohag governorate as the activity of outpatient clinics in terms of the evolution of the number of visitors and the performance rates of the outpatient clinics of general and central and specialized hospitals and those who attend basic care units and their performance rates, the activity of vaccinations, immunizations and family planning, and the performance rates of comprehensive clinics for health insurance, and it touched on the activity of The internal departments of health services, as well as the service influence of some government hospitals.
The Fourth chapter discusses the Efficiency of the infrastructure of government health services in Sohag governorate, and it ensures general efficiency, such as service density for health facilities, the development of family numbers, the qualitative efficiency of all health services, and the population’s assessment of the efficiency of health services and the extent of satisfaction with them.
The Fifth chapter dealt with The human quality competency of government health services in Sohag governorate in terms of manpower and its distribution between urban and rural, and the manpower affiliated with the Health Insurance Authority. It also presented the population's assessment of the performance of the health work team.
The Sixth chapter discussed the Spatial analysis of government health services and their evaluation of their efficiency in Sohag governorate. This chapter was concerned with spatial analysis of the reality of health services using GIS and evaluating the efficiency of the distribution of government health services in Sohag governorate according to local planning standards.
This study ended with a set of Results, the most important of which is the possibility of using GIS technology in evaluating the efficiency of the spatial distribution of health services by adopting local standards, as well as in determining the optimal location of the proposed health services.
Abstract

The first chapter dealt with the study of the geographical factors affecting the distribution of government health services in Sohag Governorate. The second chapter dealt with the development of government health facilities and their geographical distribution in Sohag Governorate. The third chapter was concerned with studying the activity of government health services. The fourth chapter examines the efficiency of the infrastructure of government health services in Sohag governorate, the fifth chapter deals with the human efficiency of government health services in Sohag governorate, and the sixth chapter deals with the spatial analysis of government health services and their evaluation of their efficiency in Sohag governorate, then the conclusion that includes the most important results and recommendations .
