يعد الطلاق ظاهرة خطيرة تعاني منها المجتمعات كافة، لما لها من آثار سلبية على الأسرة والمجتمع، لذا جاء هدف هذه الدراسة لعرض مشكلة الطلاق بشكل تفصيلي في مدينة كركوك من خلال دعاوي الطلاق لعام (2018)، بالإضافة إلى نتائج الدراسة الميدانية من خلال استمارة الاستبيان التي تم توزيعها على عينة من المطلقين لغرض تعويض النقص الحاصل في البيانات التي تم جمععا من محكمة استئناف كركوك، ومن أجل التعرف على التباين المكاني والأسباب والدوافع التي أدت إلى وقوع الطلاق، واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على المنهج الجغرافي التحليلي الذي يبحث في العلاقات المكانية للظاهرة السكانية وتحديد العوامل المؤثرة فيها، والمنهج الاستقرائي والتاريخي، واستخدام البرامج الإحصائية من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة التي تخص الموضوع ومن زوايا مختلفة.
وتهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التباين المكاني لظاهرة الطلاق في المدينة، وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل المستعملة بأن ظاهرات الطلاق في مدينة كركوك أخذت مسارات مختلفة بين الصعود والهبوط خلال المدة (2009 - 2018). وقد اشتركت أسباب عدة في تطور ظاهرة الطلاق خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة إذا كان للأسباب الاجتماعية المتمثلة بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وعدم التفاهم والخيانة الزوجية الأثر الأكبر في ارتفاع حالات الطلاق خصوصاً بعد الانفتاح الذي حدث بعد عام 2003.
وفي ضوء ذلك تم طرح بعض الحلول للحد من انتشار ظاهرة الطلاق التي تمتد أثارها على المطلقة والطفل والمطلق والمجتمع بشكل عام. وتم تناول هذه الظاهرة من خلال أربعة فصول رئيسية وهي الفصل الأول الإطار النظري للدراسة. أما الفصل الثاني الواقع السكاني لسكان مدينة كركوك للمدة (2009 - 2018) والتوزيع النسبي لظاهرتي الطلاق والزواج، أما الفصل الثالث تناول الخصائص المؤثرة على ظاهرة الطلاق في مدينة كركوك، والفصل الرابع أسباب الطلاق الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وفي خاتمة الدراسة تم التوصل إلى جملة من أهم الاستنتاجات المتعلقة بظاهرة الطلاق وعلى أساسها تم وضع مجموعة من توصيات التي نأمل من أصحاب الاختصاص الأخذ بها لتقليل من انتشار الظاهرة مستقبلاً.

Abstract
Divorce is a serious phenomenon from which all communities suffer due to its negative effects towards family and community. Therefore, the aim of the study is to show the problem of divorce in Kirkuk in detail through divorce cases in (2018) in addition to the results of the study through a questionnaire form distributed to a sample of divorced women for compensating the lack in the data gathered from Kirkuk Court of Appeal , and for knowing the causes and motives led to divorce. The researcher depended on the analytical geographical curriculum researching the spatial relations of the population phenomenon , determining the factors affecting on it and the inductive and historical curriculum . Thus, some statistical programs were used to get precise results concerning the subject from different dimensions.
The study aims at revealing the spatial variation Contrast to the demand for the divorce in the city. The results of the analysis showed that the divorce of the divorce in the city of Kirkuk took various paths between the chimbing and landing during the period (2018 and 2009). The reason for the development of the phenomenon of divorce in particular have been common in recent years, because the social reasons of the means of social communication and lock of understanding and marital betrayal have had the greatest impct on the risein divorce cases, especially after the opening that took place after 2003.
In light of this was put forward some solution to reduce the spread of the phenomenon of divorce, which extends effects on the absolute child and the divorced society in general and was addressed this phenomenon through four main chapters is the first chapter theoretical frame work of study. As for the second chapter demographic reality of the population of Kirkuk City (2009-2018) and the distribution of women to the phenomenon of divorce and marriage . The third chapter is dealt with the characteristics affecting the phenomenon in the city of Kirkuk and the fourth reasons for social and economic divorce at the conclusion of the study was the most important conclusion regarding the phenomenon of divorce and on the basis of a set of recommendations that we hope to correct competence to reduce the spread of the phenomenon in the future.
