المستخلص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن أثر العناصر المناخية على استهلاك الفاقة الكهربائية في محافظة كربلاء, وذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات المناخية ومدى ارتباطها بالتباين في استخدامات واستهلاك الفاقة الكهربائية ما بين فصول السنة في منفقة الدراسة ، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على الأسلوب الوصفي المعتمد في تحليل البيانات المناخية وكميات الاستهلاك، فضلاً عن الأسلوب التحليلي الذي يتضح من خلال مدى الارتباط بين الخصائص المناخية وكميات الاستهلاك، ومن جملة النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة :-
أظهرت الدراسة التطور والزيادة في استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية، وأن هذه الزيادة قد تباينت من فصل إلى آخر، إذ أتضح من تحليل البيانات أن فصل الصيف من أكثر الفصول استهلاكاً للطاقة الكهربائية، هذا فضلاً عن تباين الاستعمالات المختلفة المتمثلة بـ (الاستعمال المنزلي والحكومي والتجاري والصناعي والزراعي) في مدى استهلاكها للطاقة الكهربائية، وبشكل عام فأن هذه التباينات في كميات الاستهلاك من فصل إلى آخر ومن قطاع واستعمال إلى آخر هو بسب تباين الخصائص المناخية في منطقة الدراسة.
وخلصت الدراسة أيضاً إلى جملة من المقترحات أهمها التقليل من نسبة الضائعات من الطاقة الكهربائية عن طريق إنشاء محولات قريبة من بعض، والتوسع في إنشاء محطات كهربائية تتماشى مع الحاجة المتزايدة لسكان منطقة الدراسة في الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية، هذا فضلاً عن إمكانية استثمار الطاقة الشمسية والريحية في توليد الطاقة الكهربائية من خلال إقامة مراكز بحثية تعنى بأمور الطاقة البديلة بشكل عام.

Abstract
The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of climate characteristics on electricity consumption in Karbala governorate by analyzing the climatic data and their correlation with the monthly and annual quantities of electricity consumption in the study area. In order to achieve this, And the quantities of consumption, rather than the quantitative method, which is shown by the extent of the correlation between the climatic characteristics and consumption quantities, and among the results of the researcher are:
The study showed clearly the development and increase in the consumption of electric power, and that this increase has varied from one chapter to another, as evidenced by the analysis of data that the summer of the most chapters of the consumption of electric power, this is the difference in different uses in the extent of consumption of electric power, In general, these variations in consumption quantities from one chapter to another and from one sector to another are due to differences in climatic characteristics in the study area.
The study also concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the reduction of the percentage of electricity generated by the construction of transformers close to each other and the expansion of the construction of electric stations in line with the increasing need of the population of the study area in the demand for electricity, And wind power generation through the establishment of research centers blinded to alternative energy in general.
